About HER Wellness Collective

Supporting the whole woman.

HER Wellness Collective is a program of N.E.W. Fitness Wellness Foundation that creates a welcoming space for women to exhale, connect, learn, and move forward. Health, confidence, education, and support come together through honest conversation and sisterhood.

Women carry multiple roles at once. Caregiving, work, family, health changes, and life transitions can leave little room for self. The woman holding everything together also needs a place where she can be held.

HER makes room for the many parts of a woman's life: physical and emotional well-being, menopause and midlife transitions, relationships, caregiving, finances, career, purpose, retirement, and personal growth. Women can feel seen and supported, share wisdom, and leave with practical tools, resources, or a next step that supports their everyday lives.

Part of the foundation’s charitable and educational mission serving Black and Brown communities throughout Cook County and the surrounding western suburbs.
